Sigma Expo Group is seeking a dynamic team member to join our international exhibition organization company. You will help create and manage client databases, build portfolios, and coordinate participation in global events.

You will work closely with the sales team, handle communications in English (C1), and be involved in on-site duties during exhibitions. The role rewards proactive teammates who thrive in a fast-paced, travel-friendly environment.

Responsibilities

• Create new client databases for our international exhibitions.
• Develop, update, and organize existing databases.
• Build new client portfolios in target markets.
• Contact potential companies and manage participation processes.
• Oversee and coordinate all stages of exhibition participation.
• Fulfill on-site duties during the exhibition period.
• Work closely with the sales team.
