ABB is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead medium to high complexity projects delivering complete product/solution packages for EPCs, Chemical, Oil & Gas, and utilities. You will coordinate with customers, suppliers, subcontractors and ABB factories from offer to turnover, ensuring milestones are met and commercial objectives are achieved.

The role requires managing cross-functional teams, overseeing order entry, and conducting turnover meetings.

Formación

BS in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
8+ years managing large-scale multidisciplinary projects.
Site installation and commissioning experience.
Excellent verbal and written communications in Turkish and English.
Willingness to travel 30–40% of the time and hold a valid driver’s license.
Experience with SAP, MS Project, AutoCAD is preferred.

Responsabilidades

Manage commercial and customer aspects of assigned EPC projects from offer to turnover.
Support tendering process and coordinate with Sales Teams.
Review orders from technical and commercial perspectives during negotiations.
Lead project kick-off meetings and ensure on-time milestones.
Visit clients to accelerate closing topics and manage scheduling, invoicing, and coordination.
Monitor schedule to maximize cash flow and forecast revenue and margins.
Lead manufacturing and installation coordination to uphold ABB quality and HSE standards.
