Qualifications

• Over 1 year hospitality/customer service experience.
• Positive attitude and ability to provide excellent service in a diverse team.
• High school graduate (Grade 12).
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Minimum height 160 cm; reach 212 cm with tiptoes.
• No visible tattoos in Emirates cabin crew uniform.
• Based in Dubai; UAE visa requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead aircraft services, security, and safety procedures.
• Provide help and direction to customers during flights.
• Deliver authentic customer experiences and maintain high service standards.
