Job summary

DO & CO AG invites an experienced chef to join our Flying Chef program, cooking for premium journeys and events while travelling around the world with a dedicated team of hospitality experts. This role offers exposure to international cuisine, high service standards, and the opportunity to grow within a global luxury brand.

You will prepare, present and serve sophisticated meals for Business Class on long-haul Turkish Airlines flights, collaborating across stations and lounges.

Qualifications

• Min. 3 years of culinary experience in 5 star hotels, cruise ships or gourmet restaurants.
• Min. high school, preferably culinary school graduate.
• Fluency in both English and Turkish.
• Good teamwork, communication and coordination skills.
• Outgoing personality with a passion for service.
• Knowledgeable in latest food and restaurant trends.
• No military obligation for male candidates.

Responsibilities

• Preparing, serving and presenting the food of Business Class passengers on flights of 8 hours or more on Turkish Airlines, as well as serving as a chef at special events and ground duties.
