Job summary

The Global Talent Co. is building a focused EU-based telesales team to engage self-employed agents and brokers in a structured outbound program. The role emphasizes German-language calls, high-volume outreach, and a partnership-based sales approach within a fully remote setup.

You will qualify leads, handle objections, and maintain CRM records while working toward clear monthly targets during core CET hours.

Qualifications

• Fluent German is a must; all calls are conducted in German.
• Prior outbound sales experience is required, ideally in B2B or partner acquisition.
• Background in financial services, insurance, real estate, energy, or telecommunications is a plus.
• Comfortable engaging with independent sales reps and sales leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-volume outbound calling campaigns to self-employed agents, brokers and real estate pros.
• Pitch the partnership model clearly and handle objections in real time.
• Qualify interest and move prospects to the next step in the process.
• Work toward clear monthly call and conversion targets.
• Log call outcomes and next steps accurately in the CRM.
• Share patterns and insights from calls with the team.
