Overview

Customer Service Representative (German Speaker). Location: Remote (based in Turkey). Contract Type: Full-time.

About The Role

We are looking for motivated and customer-oriented German-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our team. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. This is a long-term, stable role offering career growth, structured training, and a supportive team culture.

Responsibilities
  • Provide support to customers primarily via inbound calls (emails may be added later).
  • Handle inquiries.
  • Ensure high-quality service and contribute to customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and engagement activities.

Work Schedule
  • Operating hours: Weekdays between 09:00-23:00 (Summer until 22:00, Winter until 23:00).
  • Rotating shifts (examples): 09:00-18:00, 10:00-19:00, 11:00-20:00, 12:00-21:00, 13:00-22:00.
  • Split shift: 09:00-13:00 / 18:00-23:00 (every 78 weeks, with 2 days off including one weekend day).
  • Weekly days off: Sunday + 1 variable weekday.
Training
  • Duration: 2 weeks (weekdays only).
  • Hours: 09:00-18:00 / 10:00-19:00.
  • Format: Online.
  • Attendance is mandatory.
Requirements
  • German fluency (C1/C2 level) mandatory.
  • Residing in Turkey with eligibility to work from home.
  • Good computer literacy and ability to handle digital tools.
