Work From Home Customer Service Representative (German Speakers)
Location: Remote (within Turkey)
Languages Required: German (C1/C2) + Basic English
We are hiring German-speaking Customer Service Representatives to support customers of a leading European technology retailer!
Assist customers via inbound calls (emails may be added later).
Handle requests about store locations, product availability, returns, complaints, and reservations.
Ensure customer satisfaction with professional and solution-oriented support.
Work in a stable, long-term project with a strong team culture.
100% Remote work from anywhere in Turkey
Net Salary: 30,000 TL
Quality Bonus: up to 20% of salary (valid until end of 2025)
