About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Games Presenter Team Manager to join our team in Belgrade. In this role, you will lead, support, and develop a team of Games Presenters, ensuring smooth daily operations, compliance with company standards, and a positive team culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide ongoing guidance, coaching, and support to team members to encourage personal and professional growth.

  • Oversee daily team operations, including attendance tracking, performance monitoring, and adherence to company policies.

  • Foster a collaborative, supportive, and engaging work environment by promoting open communication and regular team interactions.

  • Identify individual and team learning needs, coordinating with training departments to support development.

  • Support company goals by contributing to effective training, performance, and development initiatives.

  • Ensure services are consistently delivered in line with company values, KPIs, and quality standards.

Requirements
  • Native or fluent in Turkish (C1+) and fluent in English (B2+).

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.

  • Degree or diploma in a management-related field (preferred but not mandatory).

  • Previous experience in a related industry is an advantage.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (or similar productivity tools).
