Digitopia is seeking a Product Engineer to own meaningful product problems end to end, combining full-stack capabilities with strong product judgment and a bias toward shipping. You will work close to users, transforming complex enterprise workflows into simple, dependable experiences, contributing to a scalable Impact Platform.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-stack, frontend, backend or product engineering.
• Ability to design across stack and reason about the complete user experience.
• Strong API, databases, software architecture, testing, version control and cloud skills.
• Fluent in English; another language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own features end to end from definition to release and monitoring.
• Design and evolve backend contracts using OpenAPI and gRPC.
• Turn complex enterprise workflows into simple interfaces for users.
• Ensure quality with tests, observability, and code reviews.
• Work with users to gather feedback and guide priorities.
