Maintenance and Repair Specialist Engineer (Aksaray)

What You Can Expect:

1. Responsibility of automation and robotics infrastructure: Pneumatic and Hydraulic systems, robot applications in assembly lines.
2. Manages the maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning processes for tightening devices both pneumatic and electric, conveyors, CETA BKA sealing, glass bonding systems, truck function test stations located in finish lines.
3. Executing predictive/preventive maintenance activities of equipment in assembly lines: executing breakdown analysis, defining and implementing the preventive activities, preparing maintenance documentation and keeping them up-to-date, executing the spare part analysis and purchasing process.
4. New Projects development together with other departments as a result of analysis of action plan to get assembly lines maintenance group targets.
5. Coordinate with internal and external parties to promote prompt troubleshooting and to determine an estimated time of completion on all maintenance.
6. Provides technical support for new investments and projects, guides in risk analyses, and is involved in the commissioning of facilities and equipment. Participates in necessary preliminary and final acceptance processes.
7. Organizes necessary external company training and ensures the transfer of this training to other personnel.

That’s Why You Are a Match:

1. Bachelor´s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or Automotive Engineering or related field of study.
2. At least 3 years of experience in a similar function.
3. Excellent written and spoken English or German.
4. High degree of initiative, independence, and decision-making ability.
5. Knowledge in KUKA robot programming and commissioning.
6. Knowledge in PLC programming and SCADA systems.
7. Experience with industrial control systems.
