Jobgether SRL, a partner company, is seeking a Marketing Designer (Fractional, 2-3 days/week) based in Turkey to define and elevate the visual identity for a fast-growing B2B SaaS business. You will own the design system, design landing pages in Webflow, create sales templates, and produce ads and product visuals in a remote, autonomous setting with strong collaboration with the founding team.

Formación

• 4+ years of professional design experience within B2B SaaS or at an agency serving SaaS clients.
• Portfolio demonstrates cohesive brand identity across websites, sales materials, and advertising.
• Proficient in Figma and has launched live websites using Webflow.
• Fluent in PowerPoint and Google Slides; can create polished, reusable templates.
• Strong typography, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy with high attention to detail.
• Fast, self-directed, and able to turn concise briefs into multiple strong creative directions.
• Clear creative point of view and ability to work within an existing visual system while identifying opportunities to improve it.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment and managing priorities, deadlines, and production workflow.
• Experience with motion design tools such as After Effects, Lottie, or Rive is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is advantageous; familiarity with SEO or AI search optimization tools.
• Comfortable collaborating with a distributed team and maintaining overlap with US Eastern hours.

Responsabilidades

• Own and evolve the company’s design system and ensure consistency across marketing assets.
• Design and develop landing pages and website sections in Webflow from concept to live publication.
• Build and maintain a scalable sales presentation system in PowerPoint and Google Slides with reusable templates.
• Produce high-quality advertising and social media creatives across LinkedIn, paid social, and display channels with multiple variants.
• Create product mockups, feature graphics, and lightweight motion assets for use across websites, presentations, campaigns, and advertising.
• Manage publishing and asset handoffs independently, including Webflow CMS updates and production-ready exports for teams.
• Translate briefs and objectives into compelling visual concepts and drive creative direction and execution.
• Partner with the founding team to establish a distinctive visual identity and recommend refinements to existing approaches.
• Work efficiently in a fast-moving environment, managing priorities with minimal supervision.
• Contribute to establishing the visual foundations of a growing category and shape how the business is perceived by senior marketing decision-makers.
