Overview

AKSA, a company of Akkök Holding, was founded in 1968 in Yalova. Becoming the world’s largest producer of acrylic fiber over the years, Aksa today serves approximately 300 customers in over 50 countries across 5 continents. Having a capacity of 350.000 tons per year, Aksa supplies raw materials for textiles and technical textiles in many diverse areas.

We are looking for a FR Solutions Product Specialist/Executive who will be reporting to the FR Solutions Product Manager.

Qualities We Are Looking For;

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Industrial, Textile Engineering or other relevant fields,
  • Technical sales experience, preferably in one of flame retardant fibers, yarns and textiles,
  • Experience on technical textiles is a plus,
  • Strong analytical problem solving, communication and negotiation skills,
  • Team working and customer-oriented mindset,
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority,
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English,
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications,
  • No restriction to travel.

Your main tasks are;

  • Defining and driving product vision & strategy, setting goals and developing road maps,
  • Managing existing customer portfolio and seeking for new customer potentials,
  • Preparing sales budget, pricing and order management,
  • Conducting market research and disseminating market insight throughout the company,
  • Gathering, executing, and prioritizing market/customer requirements,
  • Leading the teams in product design and development projects,
  • Supporting marketing activities,
  • Supporting related teams to develop relationships with customers, suppliers and all business partners.
