QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related fields,
• 2 years of experience for personal care products, color cosmetic or other related industries,
• Mastery of GMP and GLP rules,
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
• Professional knowledge of MS Office applications,
• Basic knowledge of typical lab testing methods,
• Experience in pilot batching and scale ups,
• Strong ability to research and follow-up, successful time management, strong analysis and reporting skills,
• Being a good team player with strong communication skills,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• To carry out formulation studies of projects coming from the new product development department,
• To conduct raw material and formulation research for new product studies and to prepare the project in advance and to work on new product texture formulation to deliver the studies within the expected time,
• To work on requested new product color formulations to deliver the studies within the expected time,
• To initiate the stability of new product texture and color studies together with R&D technician and to follow the process,
• To state the process instructions section of the recipe in an understandable and empty manner, to play an active role in the process of creating the recipe and its first applications in the production,
• To analyze new product texture and color studies,
• To conduct alternative research for currently used raw materials together with the purchasing department; to conduct laboratory studies of alternatively suitable raw materials (formulation/stability/analysis etc.),
• To support the manufacturing team in the first productions of new products and teach the new product process,
• To ensure full participation in the first productions and that products are produced in quality standards,
• To give color and quality approvals for the first productions,
• To prepare semi-finished products requested for external lab tests.
