Job summary

Corteva Agriscience in Izmir’s production facility is seeking an experienced Production Technician to support warehouse and production operations. You will operate forklifts, handle materials, and ensure inventory accuracy while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Requirements: 4–5 years in a similar role, forklift license, basic computer skills, and ability to work across indoor/outdoor environments with shifts as needed. English is a plus and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• 4 to 5 years of previous experience in a similar role
• Forklift license/certificate
• Ability to lift up to 22.67 kg and perform repetitive physical tasks
• Ability to work in varied environments (indoor/outdoor, hot/cold/wet/dry)
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to safety standards and operational procedures
• Flexibility to work shifts when required

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to load, unload, move, stack, and store materials within the warehouse and production areas.
• Support inbound and outbound warehouse operations by ensuring accurate material handling and inventory movement.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Assist with receiving, checking, labeling, and storing incoming materials according to warehouse procedures.
• Prepare and stage materials for production, shipment, or internal transfers.
• Support inventory counting activities and ensure inventory accuracy within assigned warehouse locations.
• Maintain warehouse organization and housekeeping standards in accordance with safety requirements.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and operational guidelines while performing material handling activities.
• Coordinate with warehouse, production, quality, logistics, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to warehouse efficiency, safety, and productivity.
