Role Overview

We are looking for a guest-focused Floor Supervisor who can lead and motivate the housekeeping team, maintain Hilton’s high cleanliness standards, and provide outstanding service to our Guests and Members. You will ensure smooth operations on your floor and support the Head Housekeeper in training and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Room Attendants to deliver excellent Guest experiences.
• Allocate daily rooms and deep cleaning tasks to team members.
• Manage guest requests, including VIP amenities, and communicate them to relevant team members.
• Conduct routine inspections of guest bedrooms to ensure standards are met.
• Resolve guest queries efficiently and ensure positive outcomes.
• Carry out lost property procedures.
• Report maintenance issues to the Maintenance/Engineering Department.
• Assist the Head Housekeeper with training and development of team members.
• Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and health & safety legislation.
• Collaborate with other departments and maintain good working relationships.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Previous experience supervising a team in housekeeping or a similar role.
• Experience in the hotel or cleaning industry, preferably in luxury hotels.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Committed to delivering high standards of customer service and cleanliness.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to develop team members and self.
• IT proficient is an advantage.
