Job summary

ROBINSON Club GmbH invites you to join our WellFit Spa team as Spa Manager (m/f/d) in Turkey. You will oversee all spa services, lead the team, and drive high guest satisfaction while maintaining cost-efficient operations.

You will collaborate with the club director and wellness specialists to expand our WellFit offerings, deliver memorable wellness experiences, and train staff to uphold premium service standards every day.

Qualifications

• Professional training in cosmetics, massage therapy or physiotherapy.
• Several years of relevant professional experience.
• Ideally, leadership or team management experience.
• Experience managing a spa or wellness facility, or additional qualifications in wellness and spa management.
• Strong commercial awareness and a sound understanding of spa business operations.
• Passion for engaging with guests and delivering outstanding service.

As a spa manager, you will oversee and continuously develop the WellFit® Spa offering while ensuring the highest standards of quality and guest satisfaction. You will manage the spa's operational and commercial performance, working closely with the club director and our specialist team in Hanover. Alongside leading and motivating your team, you will remain actively involved in day-to-day operations by providing treatments, advising guests on products and creating unforgettable wellness experiences.Above all, the most important thing for us is communication.
