Job summary

Constructor Tech DACH is seeking a Mobile QA Engineer (Hybrid Manual & Automation) to establish mobile quality foundations and build a scalable test automation framework for iOS and Android. You will balance hands-on manual testing with automation to drive long-term regression velocity.

The role reports into the QA department and collaborates with 24 engineers to ensure testing standards scale with the company. Hybrid work with strong emphasis on mobile quality is offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software QA experience, with mobile testing focus.
• Hands‑on validation of native iOS and Android apps.
• Automation experience using Appium with JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own mobile QA process and integration for iOS/Android.
• Act as the first dedicated Mobile QA specialist, managing testing lifecycles.
• Design mobile-focused test strategies, plans and scenarios.
• Collaborate with a 24‑member QA team to align with the QA framework.
• Log detailed bugs with steps, screenshots, and logs.
• Develop and expand a modular page-object mobile automation framework.
• Integrate automated suites into CI/CD and assist with deployments.
• Perform API testing and verify backend data synchronization.
