Yourrole:

An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join the company as a Financial Specialist. Reporting to Finance Manager Turkey, you follow financial changes and drive implementation of necessary measures to provide accurate, robust, and timely financial data.

In this position you support the Finance Manager and CFO to provide regular financial information and indicators to Business Partners to support decision making through timely, consistent data flow and analyses. You also inform all related parties about updates in group and divisional reporting guidelines and ensure smooth implementation of required changes. You prepare and maintain monthly financial reports and variance analysis comparing actuals to budget, and other ad hoc analysis to understand trends. You support and participate in the month-end closing process. Besides that you take an active role in finance development and transformation projects in line with company guidelines. You will also responsible to manage the treasury operations and cash management. In coordination with Group TP team, you will responsible for transfer pricing and manage the target margin through forecasting and proper communication and support TP report as well. You also support all kinds of audits (i.e tax audit, custom audit, external and internal audit, etc.). You will be actively involved at all actual financial reporting processes (provide and request requirements for local reports and tools, provide data / setup for special reports). You will work with our stakeholders to understand their priorities, questions, needs, and requests. You will execute Internal Control System (ICS) process and tool relevant to ICS activities. You will realize generating Date for Cross Charges and send it to Intercompany. You also request for master data maintenance.

Who you are:

• Bachelor's degree in management, finance, business administration or economics
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in audit and financial reporting at an audit company, knowledge in the pharmaceutical industry is preferable
• Experienced in IFRS and local GAAP, accounting and finance processes as well as a good understanding of tax regulations
• Fluent in English - Written and Verbal
• Advanced level in MS Office (esp. in Excel and PowerPoint)
• SAP knowledge is preferable
• Strong analytical thinking abilities and multitasking
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build relations
