Qualifications

Rönesans Holding is targeting to recruit a Financial Reporting Specialist to be based in the headquarters in Ankara.

Qualifications required for the position:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or other Administrative Sciences from a reputable university,
• Minimum 3 years experience in IFRS (experience in Big 4 audit firms is a plus)
• Excellent command of verbal and written in English,
• Good understanding of IFRS standards (hyperinflation accounting is a plus),
• Experience in consolidation,
• Excellent ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline-oriented environment,
• Strong ability of analytical thinking, teamwork, interaction and negotiation skills,
• Excellent command of MS-Office Applications with advanced Excel and Word skills,
• SAP experience, CPA degree/nomination is a plus.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Preparing quarterly stand-alone and consolidated financial statements and notes in accordance with IFRS,
• Performing quarterly financial statements analysis at consolidated level and reporting to the Management,
• Implementing IT tools to enhance the financial reporting process,
• Providing assistance for implementation of updated regulations and reporting standards in all Group companies.
• Preparing management reports for business line and project based performance tracking,
• Providing assistance for documentation work with regard to several fields (including but not limited to audit, tenders, national and international organizations),
• Managing and coordinating relations with various parties including external auditors, and financial institutions.
