Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our financial planning and analysis efforts. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Leading the development of annual plans, budgets, and rolling forecasts.
2. Collaborating with departments to build cost drivers and departmental budgets.
3. Building and maintaining dynamic financial models to project revenue, costs, headcount, and margins.
4. Designing and implementing periodic performance reports, including variance analysis.
5. Developing and tracking key financial and operational KPIs.
6. Conducting scenario analysis, unit economics, and feasibility studies for new products, pricing, markets, or investments.
7. Providing strategic insights and recommendations to leadership based on performance and forecasts.
8. Reviewing operations regularly and recommending productivity or cost-saving initiatives.
9. Coordinating with accounting and legal teams on audits and compliance.
10. Leading project costing, pricing, and performance reporting processes.
11. Preparing investor presentations, board materials, and fundraising documents.
12. Maintaining due diligence processes.
13. Supporting IFRS reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• MBA or Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, investment banking, corporate finance, or strategy consulting.
• Experience in fundraising and investor relations is highly desirable.
• Preferably experienced in high-tech sectors.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
• Experience with data visualization tools.
• Excellent English skills in reading, writing, and speaking.
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and curious.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, capable of presenting complex data to stakeholders.
