We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Controlling Specialist to join our team. As a Controlling Specialist, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and analyzing financial data to support decision-making processes within the organization. The selected candidate will be assigned to Romania after working in Turkey for a certain period.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures
• Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
• Monitor and analyze financial performance
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations
• Manage financial risk and cash flow
• Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Proven work experience as a Financial Controller or similar role
• Strong knowledge of financial management principles
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel
• Proficiency in English
• CPA or CMA certification is a plus
