Responsibilities
  • Play key role in monthly closing and reporting process within the division in line with Group policies and deadlines.
  • Control all accounting transactions and adjustments, especially payroll records.
  • Keep records of variances between reporting plan, forecast, and reporting/budget rules.
  • Provide financial and budget communication to the global finance team, management, and other teams.
  • Participate actively in weekly and monthly upper management presentations.
  • Create and improve operating policies.
  • Manage group tax and accounting team’s communications.
  • Improve control systems and create process-level controls to prevent errors in data collection, cost centers, and calculations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in financial controlling, audit, and accounting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and high sense of responsibility.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivation with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures; CPA is a plus.
  • Flexible approach, adaptable to change.
  • Compliance with strict deadlines and willingness to work flexible hours.
