Qualifications

We are looking for a high-energy, forward-thinking finance leader to take ownership of our Treasury, FP&A, Tax, and Accounting functions.

Job Description:

• Lead and oversee accounting, taxation, treasury, FP&A, and reporting processes.
• Ensure compliance with local tax laws and GAAP, acting as the key control point for VAT, Withholding Tax, Corporate Tax, SGK, and other statutory filings.
• Drive budgeting, cost accounting, and monthly/year-end closing activities.
• Prepare and consolidate balance sheet, income statement, and management reports (monthly, quarterly, annually).
• Monitor investments and government incentive programs, ensuring timely reporting.
• Coordinate with external & internal auditors and tax authorities.
• Continuously improve financial processes and reporting accuracy.
• Take lead of Uzbekistan and Egypt plant Financial Affairs Coordination.

General Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in different Financial Affairs Roles or Audit.
• CMA, CPA, FMVA or equivalent certifications preferred.
• Strong expertise in general accounting, tax regulations, and cost accounting.
• Proficiency in Excel and quick adaptability to ERP systems (CANIAS experience is a plus).
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
• A natural leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-learning environments.
• Residing on the Anatolian side of Istanbul or Gebze.
