Job Description
Financial Operations Management
- Lead financial statement preparation and consolidation processes for power generation assets
- Oversee comprehensive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities
- Manage treasury operations including cash management, risk assessment, and capital structure optimization for energy infrastructure investments
- Ensure robust internal controls and compliance frameworks
- Supervise management accounting and cost control systems
- Direct the company's transaction processing systems
- Manage capital request and budgeting processes
- Provide financial oversight for subsidiary companies and foreign operations
Leadership & Team Development
- Manage and develop cross-functional finance team members across multiple disciplines
- Drive performance management and development initiatives
- Lead change management efforts and process optimization projects
- Mentor finance professionals and build organizational capabilities
- Foster collaborative, high-performance teamwork
Strategic Business Partnership
- Partner with senior management on strategic financial planning and analysis

The Successful Applicant
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Mathematics, or Business Administration
- Minimum 10 years of progressive business and finance experience, preferably in the energy sector
- Proven track record of success in finance leadership positions
- Experience managing subsidiary companies and international operations
Technical Competencies
- Advanced knowledge of financial accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS)
- Expertise in financial consolidation, budgeting, and forecasting
- Strong understanding of treasury management and risk assessment
Communication Skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Turkish
- Strong presentation and reporting capabilities
