Join Hilton’s Center of Excellence in Turkey. At Hilton, we are building the finance team of the future. Our Center of Excellence (CoE) in Turkey supports a growing portfolio of 15 hotels across 9 cities – and expanding. This is a role above property level, providing exposure to multiple brands and markets while shaping best-in-class processes. From driving performance to leading digital transformation projects, the CoE is at the forefront of innovation in hospitality finance. About the Role

As a Specialist within Hilton’s Center of Excellence, you will provide end-to-end support across both Procure to Pay (PTP) and Hire to Retire (HTR) towers. This unique combination offers broad exposure to people and process management within our above-property model, supporting a growing portfolio of hotels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Procure to Pay operations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and strong supplier partnerships — including running payment cycles and ensuring full reconciliation at period ends.
  • Deliver accurate and efficient payroll and employee lifecycle processes under Hire to Retire, in coordination with Human Resources and our outsourced payroll provider.
  • Partner with hotel teams and regional stakeholders to resolve queries, uphold best-in-class service, and deliver on Hilton’s Customer Promise.
  • Support Hilton’s digital transformation initiatives by driving process improvements and implementing future-focused solutions.
  • This role provides a platform beyond property-level finance, giving you the opportunity to contribute to Hilton’s growth while developing your career in a dynamic, global environment.
