We have an opening for a Finance Specialist who will be working as a key member in our dynamic team, will be a valued strategic business partner to our management in Turkey

Your main tasks include:

• Monitoring and driving country financial performance, reporting the actual results and ensuring availability of high-quality forward-looking information
• Assessing performance against business strategy and make actionable data-driven recommendations to enhance financial performance and business opportunities.
• Key tasks will include Strategy and Business Planning, Analysis, Commercial Support and Overseeing Budget and forecasting. Working closely with the Accounting Centralized Team and supporting statutory reporting.

This will be achieved through presenting critical and insightful financial and operational information and develop forward looking analysis, working with different stakeholders to investigate and identify opportunities for efficiency, cost savings and business growth.

You will succeed in this role if you have:

• Bachelor\'s or MBA degree in Business, Economy, or Finance field.
• Fluency in English
• Strong finance background
• Advanced communication skills, ability to see a big picture and proactive approach
• Commercial understanding of revenue and cost drivers, opportunities and threats.
• Strategic understanding of business dynamics, strategy analysis and formulation.
• Strong analytical skills and high IT-skill set.
