ODAŞ is a group of companies operating in energy, mining, and tourism. Since its inception, ODAS has successfully completed projects with its agile and dynamic structure and was included in the Borsa İstanbul National 100 index, thanks to its sustainable financial management.

With the addition of Can2 Thermal Power Plant in Turkey, which has a capacity of 340 MWe, ODAS used its expertise, dynamic approach, and strong capital base to make its first international investment — a natural gas combined cycle power plant with a total capacity of 174 MWe in Uzbekistan.

ODAŞ, which operates active antimony reserves in the mining sector and holds gold and silver licenses, continues its operations in Türkiye and is one of the few strategic antimony reserve operators in Europe and the Middle East.

What you'll be doing?
  • Perform weekly/monthly/annual reporting procedures related to financial processes.
  • Ensure and control the execution of all financial transactions, including cash flow, payment schedules, liquidity management, and Project financing, in line with corporate strategies.
  • Identify the fund, resource usage, and needs of group companies in terms of financial and cash flow.
  • Support the development of the company's strategic plans and programs,
  • Ensure and coordinate communication between Group companies and all domestic and international banks and financial institutions.
  • Supporting Financial Due Diligence and Financial Feasibility studies for new investments.
  • Prepare presentations for senior management.
  • Supporting treasury operations.
  • Support evaluating different risk factors via accounting, auditing, planning, and treasury functions.
  • Supporting and coordinating the preparation of the company's sustainability reports.

  • Educational & Professional Background
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields
    • Preferably, at least 3 years of experience in financial operations.

    • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
