Job summary

KuCoin TR is seeking a Group Finance professional to oversee the full financial operations of the entity. You will design and implement accounting frameworks, ensuring IFRS and local GAAP compliance while leading daily local accounting, month-end, and year-end closings.

You will handle multiple accounting books for fiat and crypto assets, prepare internal and regulatory reports, collaborate with legal, compliance, and operations, and coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• 5+ years of professional experience in financial institutions or professional firms.
• Solid understanding of IFRS and local financial regulations.
• Proficient in ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Work with group finance team to oversee the full financial operations of the entity.
• Design and implement accounting frameworks for transactions, ensuring compliance with IFRS and local GAAP.
• Lead the daily local accounting function and manage the month-end and year-end financial closing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Handle and manage multiple accounting books/entities, including transactions involving both fiat and crypto assets.
• Assist in the preparation of management reports and financial statements for internal and regulatory use.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (legal, compliance, operations) to improve financial processes and controls.
• Coordinate with external auditors to support the Group in completing the annual audit of the local compliance entity.
• Liaise with external tax advisors to assist in tax filing and other tax-related matters, ensuring full compliance with local regulations.
