We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Accounting Accuracy: Oversee the accurate and timely recording of all accounting entries, ensuring adherence to internal policies and relevant regulations.
  • Financial Statement Accuracy: Take ownership of the preparation and accuracy of the company's financial statements, including the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement.
  • Local GAAP vs. IFRS Reconciliation: Analyze and reconcile differences between financial statements prepared under local accounting standards and IFRS, providing clear explanations and ensuring alignment.
  • Supplier and Vendor Reconciliation: Manage and perform regular reconciliations of accounts payable and accounts receivable ledgers against supplier and vendor statements to promptly identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Internal Controls: Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analyses, identify trends, and provide insightful reports to management on key financial performance indicators.
  • Audit Support: Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to improve accounting processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure accurate financial information flow and support business decision-making.
  • Compliance: Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and ensure the company's compliance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A relevant professional certification (e.g., SMMM, CPA, ACCA) is highly desirable.
  • 5–10 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance roles, with demonstrated expertise in financial statement preparation and analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of both Turkish accounting standards and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
  • Proven experience in performing and managing supplier and vendor reconciliations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as Oracle Fusion and Navision, as well as advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Fluency in both Turkish and English is essential.
