At KLEEMANN Asansör, a leader in lift manufacturing, we are looking for a Head of Finance to lead and strengthen our finance and accounting operations. This strategic role is vital to driving financial excellence and ensuring compliance with international and group standards.

Scope of the Role

Lead the Finance and Accounting functions in alignment with IFRS, Group policies and local regulations. Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team, ensuring strong financial control, transparent reporting and informed business decisions.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of IFRS controlling experience in an international company.
  • Minimum 3 years of audit experience (Big Four preferred).
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong analytical thinking, strategic mindset, and decision-making ability.
  • Proficient in MS Office; ERP experience is a plus.
  • Team-oriented with a detail-focused, proactive work approach.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Financial Leadership
    • Act as a trusted financial advisor to the CEO and leadership team, challenging and supporting strategic decisions with financial insight.
    • Translate financial data into actionable business intelligence for effective operational and strategic planning.
  2. Financial Reporting & IFRS Compliance
    • Manage accurate and timely IFRS monthly closings and prepare comprehensive financial reporting packages (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
    • Ensure annual IFRS financial statements comply with IAS 29 and other applicable standards.
    • Deliver structured and relevant reports to both Group HQ and local departments, supporting transparency and performance tracking.
  3. Budgeting, Forecasting & Cost Control
    • Lead the preparation and management of annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
    • Drive OPEX control and cost-efficiency across departments with clear financial KPIs and benchmarks.
  4. Treasury & Cash Flow Management
    • Oversee treasury operations including cash flow forecasting, banking relationships, time deposits, and guarantee letters.
    • Optimize liquidity, reduce financial risk, and ensure timely collections and payments.
    • Lead negotiations with banks to maximize financial advantage and operational flexibility.
  5. Operational Finance & Industry Integration
    • Stay abreast of market and industry dynamics, conducting risk-benefit analyses to guide financial and operational alignment.
    • Support business units with financial data that reflects real-time operational performance.
    • Represent finance in key internal meetings and ensure close coordination with all departments.
  6. Compliance, Audit & Administrative Oversight
    • Ensure adherence to group policies, tax regulations, and internal controls.
    • Manage transfer pricing documentation, general assembly preparation, and coordination with external auditors.
    • Oversee payroll administration and legal follow-up of doubtful receivable
