Job Description

  1. Developing and implementing financial strategies to support business objectives;
  2. Managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes;
  3. Monitoring and managing multiple expense line items on the P&L; partnering with the business to understand risks and opportunities;
  4. Overseeing financial reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements;
  5. Monitoring cash flow, working capital, and investment activities;
  6. Collaborating with leadership teams to provide financial insights and recommendations;
  7. Identifying cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements;
  8. Ensuring compliance with tax regulations, audits, and financial policies;
  9. Preparing accurate financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and variance analysis;
  10. Managing relationships with banks, auditors, and financial institutions;
  11. Implementing financial risk management strategies to safeguard company assets;
  12. Staying updated on industry trends and financial regulations to mitigate risks.

The Successful Applicant

  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
  2. At least 10-15 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a multinational environment;
  3. Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and accounting principles;
  4. Proficiency in IFRS, TFRS, financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting tools;
  5. Having CPA, SMMM, and YMM is an advantage;
  6. Experience with ERP systems and financial software;
  7. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills;
  8. Strong leadership and team management abilities;
  9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing financial landscapes;
  10. High proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  11. Upper-intermediate level of English.
