We are seeking a Finance Manager for the upcoming Canopy by Hilton Istanbul Taksim, opening in 2025. This role reports to the General Manager and aims to be a trusted advisor to the business, supporting the development of the finance team and ensuring robust control and compliance.

About the Hotel

Canopy by Hilton Istanbul Taksim will be the first in Türkiye, featuring 110 rooms and three trendy F&B outlets. Each Canopy hotel is chosen for its unique character, appealing to passionate travelers seeking local discovery.

Responsibilities

• Understand and drive financial performance of the hotel.
• Perform all finance activities within policy, regulatory, and contractual frameworks.
• Partner with the General Manager and develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Hotel Finance, Commercial, IT, Procurement, HR, Operations, Shared Service Centers, Owners, and Asset Managers.
• Develop and lead the hotel finance team, participate in finance development programs.
• Ensure compliance with the management agreement and local laws, reporting non-compliance issues appropriately.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in 5-star international hotels.
• Fluent in Turkish and English.
• Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Ability to analyze complex financial data and produce reports, forecasts, and projections.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook; Hilton experience is a plus.
