Job description

We are looking for a "Finance Expert" position for our business partner for whom we are providing consultancy services.

Take responsibility for all cash management, investments, insurance, forecasting, budgeting, monthly and final reporting to HQ and help drive the company’s financial strategy
Ensure cash flow is compatible with operations by overseeing day-to-day accounting, recording, reporting and internal control activities of the organization
Oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and month-end closings
Prepare monthly financial reports for HQ in line with group standards and local GAAP (IFRS/German GAAP + local GAAP)
Support the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting
Monitor cash flow and assist in liquidity planning
Ensure compliance with local tax and legal requirements in collaboration with external advisors
Coordinate internal and external audits
Provide local support for IT and facility-related matters in coordination with HQ
Act as a key interface with regional Controlling and the South Europe CFO
Perform HR administration tasks of the company in coordination with HQ.
