Job summary

each::labs is seeking a Finance Lead to make our numbers boring in the best way: accurate, on time, ready for investors. This hands-on role works directly with our operations team and founders to design the finance system while executing the work.

You’ll own the monthly close, track revenue and COGS across usage-based billing, prepare investor updates, and build audit-ready controls while coordinating with accountants and legal across entities and currencies.

Qualifications

• Experience running finance or accounting at a startup or SaaS.
• Able to reconcile and tie out to zero.
• Able to explain a margin problem to an engineer without acronyms.
• Experience with multiple entities, currencies or international tax.

Every month, thousands of developers run millions of generations through each::labs. Each one costs us something at a model provider and earns us something from a customer. The gap between the two is our business.

each::labs is an AI media company: one API across 600+ image, video and audio models, used by 20,000+ developers. We operate across two countries, several currencies and a growing list of providers. We're a small team, and so far our finance function has been a few very determined people and a lot of spreadsheets.

The role

You'll make the financial side of each::labs boring in the best way: accurate, on time, ready for any investor or auditor who asks.

This is a hands-on role. You'll do the work and design the system at the same time. You'll work closely with our operations team and the founders.
