As a Field Operations & Performance Manager , you will act as the data, performance, and coordination hub of Pubinno's field operations.
Rather than managing the field team on a day-to-day basis, your focus will be on monitoring performance across hundreds of customer locations, identifying issues and opportunities through data, prioritizing field activities, and coordinating across field teams, technical service, customers, and management.
You will:
- Drive field performance: Monitor field operations across six regions and track the performance of approximately 130 customer locations per field team member through four core KPIs: maintenance/service performance, Smart Clean volume, Smart Tap volume, and activation rate.
- Turn data into action: Identify inactive or underperforming locations, understand the root causes, and translate insights into clear field actions.
- Optimize route & visit planning: Analyze regions and zones based on performance, maintenance needs, customer priorities, operational requirements, and historical data to build effective weekly visit and action plans.
- Combine data with field intelligence: Incorporate the field team's local knowledge and feedback into planning and prioritization.
- Own reporting & insights: Analyze operational data and turn it into concise, actionable insights for the CEO and management team.
- Respond to ad-hoc analysis requests: Quickly answer customer and management questions using operational data, going beyond reporting numbers to explain what is happening, why it matters, and what should happen next.
- Act as an operational point of contact for customers: Prepare and share regular performance reports and coordinate operational or performance-related customer requests with the relevant internal teams.
- Coordinate with technical service teams: Identify weekly service priorities and ensure visibility into which regions and locations require intervention, while tracking the impact of technical issues on Smart Tap activation and overall field performance.
- Simplify how we operate: Challenge unnecessarily complex processes, eliminate repetitive manual work, and reduce dependency on multiple Excel and Google Sheets.
- Automate wherever possible: Use AI and automation tools to make reporting, weekly planning, data analysis, and other recurring operational workflows faster and more scalable.
