Job summary

DEICO is seeking an Installation & Commissioning Team Leader to take ownership of production, installation, integration, and commissioning phases of dynamic test system projects. You will lead field operations, coordinate multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors, and ensure work meets design docs and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electrical & Electronics engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of engineering experience with minimum 2 years in installation, commissioning, or field coordination.
• Experience in multidisciplinary projects (mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, automation).
• Ability to read/interpret drawings, P&IDs, electrical schematics, and system documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage production, installation, and commissioning phases for released design projects.
• Coordinate technical evaluation and selection of manufacturers/subcontractors with Procurement.
• Monitor manufacturing/on-site activities and coordinate with design teams on technical issues.
• Develop installation/commissioning plans and organize field teams/resources/equipment.
• Identify site infrastructure and civil works requirements with design teams and monitor implementation.
• Coordinate on-site mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical installation activities.
• Lead system integration, initial start-up, and commissioning with automation/software teams.
• Coordinate FAT/SAT/customer acceptance preparations and execution.
• Oversee issue resolution during installation/commissioning and feed back to design teams.
• Manage technical customer documentation and coordinate maintenance/services.
