The International Organization for Migration (IOM) seeks a Field Worker for UN Volunteer assignments in Adıyaman, Gaziantep, Hatay, Kahramanmaraş, and Malatya. You will support field data collection under IOM guidelines and report to the Senior Project Associate and Field Coordinator.
Responsibilities include conducting interviews with host and migrant communities, ensuring confidentiality and data protection, and daily progress updates.

Within this framework, IOM will implement field-level data collection activities under the Displacement Tracking Matrix (DTM), with support from the ECHO. These activities aim to generate reliable, timely, and actionable data to inform evidence-based decision-making and enhance programme effectiveness. The Field Worker will report to IOM and operate under the direct supervision of IOM’s Senior Project Associate and Field Coordinator in Adıyaman, Gaziantep, Hatay, Kahramanmaraş, and Malatya. The UN Volunteer will support the implementation of field data collection activities, ensuring accurate and timely data gathering in line with established methodologies, tools, and ethical standards.
