We are looking for a Facilities Associate Supervisor to join our team. The individual will directly report to Facilities Associate Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the building meets health and safety requirements and that facilities comply with legislation
  • Consisting and following the budget management (Opex and Capex)
  • Organize the relationships with the government and support solutions for potential problems
  • Controlling and following the necessary training for all General Services third-party employees
  • Managing personnel of third-party companies (security and cleaning), including main cleaning plans, planning crew members’ annual permissions, making controls, and reporting
  • Controlling and coordinating the technical service of the DC location
  • Directing, coordinating, and planning essential central services such as reception, security, maintenance, and cleaning
  • Supplying switchboard services without any interruptions
  • Controlling health services of the Field effectively
  • Setting standards to ensure that uniforms used by employees for fieldwork meet safety, comfort, and job requirements
  • Organizing the placement and furniture of office regions and meeting rooms
  • Managing the facilities capex budget
  • Organizing the buying and delivery of carriage and cargo
  • Supporting other departments in meeting organizations (service, food, etc.)
  • Organizing the central delivery of free product packages
  • Organizing the cleaning of meeting room floors
  • Member of Crisis Management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in General Services, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role
  • Good knowledge of Turkish Labor Law
  • Excellence in using MS Office Programs
  • Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills, with the capability to interact with all levels across the organization
  • Willingness to travel
