Job description

Duties and Responsibilities
As an F&B Server, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation of the following:
• Ensure all guests are greeted courteously and attentively.
• Escort guests to the table, assist in seating, and present the menu.
• Answer outlet telephone courteously and efficiently as per department standards.
• Take orders from food & beverage outlet menus.
• Inspect condition and cleanliness of menus and wine list.
• Work with an empathetic attitude.
• Ensure prompt and efficient service in line with standards.
• Prepare all mise-en-place for restaurant service before opening hours.
• Maintain good knowledge of all outlet menus (food and wine) and daily F&B activities.
• Be aware of all F&B outlets' opening hours.
• Know menu prices and suggest upselling when appropriate.
• Keep all departmental equipment clean and in good working condition.
• Uphold Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation, exceeding performance benchmarks.
• Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest feedback.

Qualifications
To perform as an F&B Server, the following qualifications, skills, and experience are required:
• High school diploma or equivalent; 1-3 years of restaurant experience in a full-service outlet or similar setting. A hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized school is preferred.
• Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as per local regulations.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Russian and Turkish is preferred.
