As an F&B Server - Oncall with Conrad Hotels & Resorts, you will be responsible for serving guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience, with extensive knowledge of menu offerings.

What will I be doing?

As an F&B Server - Oncall, your responsibilities include:

• Managing guest queries in a friendly, timely, manner
• Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in compliance with licensing and liquor regulations
• Having extensive knowledge of menu offerings
• Ensuring mis-en-place is well stocked at all stations
• Following proper reporting procedures for any issues
• Delivering food and beverage orders to a high standard and in a timely manner
• Practicing Hilton grooming standards, including uniform, cleanliness, and personal hygiene
• Complying with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation
