Job description

We are looking for an Export Sales Specialist for our business partner, a well-established food company with exports to over 80 countries, an in-house R&D center, and a newly public status.

Manage existing customer portfolio and identify new business opportunities within the assigned region,
Develop and implement strategies to expand market share and establish distributor networks,
Attend international fairs, exhibitions, and customer visits,
Prepare and report pre- and post-sales performance,
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order and delivery processes,
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support decision-making,
Meet regional sales targets and contribute to overall export growth.

Bachelor's degree from related departments,
Minimum 3 years of experience in export and international sales, (preferably in FMCG – confectionery or chocolate industry)
Fluent in English; a second foreign language is a plus,
Strong verbal and written communication skills,
Proficient in foreign trade regulations and export procedures,
Experience in managing sales and distribution channels,
Previous experience in international exhibitions and customer visits,
No restrictions for international travel,
For male candidates, military service must be completed, (for Turkey-based roles)
