You will lead new business opportunities in right store opportunities within white space retail environments. Your deep understanding of our categories and brands will enable you to sell to new customers and expand current customer portfolios. You will develop promotional pricing structures tailored to customer needs.

How you will contribute
  • Develop and successfully implement the commercial plan to strengthen and expand Mondelēz International’s position with assigned customers by preparing, negotiating, and executing business plans.
  • Coordinate between customers and Mondelēz International internal functions.
  • Maintain and develop strategic growth plans focusing on portfolio management, listings, distribution, and effective promotion and visibility.
  • Build and develop strong category partnerships.
  • Manage pricing within the Gross to Net Framework, assortment management, forecast accuracy in collaboration with the supply chain team.
  • Evaluate, plan, and execute promotional activities and in-store visibility with cross-functional colleagues.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on market and competitor developments.
