Overview

We're seeking a motivated Lead Generation Specialist to turn prospects into leads. You'll be responsible for researching and qualifying sales leads, so you should perform well in fast-paced environments. Applicants must be fluent in both verbal and writtenEnglish.

Who We Are

We are an SAP and Salesforce Partner specializing in Digital Transformation, Customer Experience, Commerce solutions, and integrations with ERP or other systems.

Responsibilities
  • Generate and qualify new leads
  • Source new business opportunities
  • Research key areas and follow up on leads
  • Conduct needs analyses to identify prospects' pain points and how REGNA can address them
  • Cultivate relationships to move opportunities through the sales funnel
  • Collaborate with the management team to grow the sales pipeline and meet revenue goals
  • Respond professionally to customer queries
  • Assist in sales campaigns and maintain a prospecting database
  • Visit prospective clients at their own business locations when necessary
Qualifications
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role; more experience is a plus
  • Cold calling, lead generation, telemarketing, or telesales experience
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar platforms
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Experience with CRM software; SAP or Salesforce is a plus
  • Ability to adapt to new software tools
  • Effective time management skills
  • Applicant located in Istanbul is a strong plus
  • This is not a full-remote position
Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Software, Engineering, or a related field
  • Fluent English; (German is a plus)
