Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Chairman’s calendar, organize meetings, and coordinate national and international travel arrangements,
  • Handle emails, calls, and correspondence while ensuring timely follow-up,
  • Prepare agendas, minutes, and documentation for Board meetings, and ensure proper distribution,
  • Prioritize and process incoming information, documents, and requests, coordinating with relevant departments,
  • Draft, review, and prepare reports, presentations, and official documents,
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and act with professionalism in all matters,
  • Build and maintain effective communication with local and international stakeholders.
