Job Title: CEO Executive Assistant
Position Overview: The CEO Executive Assistant provides high-level support to the CEO while ensuring smooth business operations. This role combines executive assistance, project coordination, business development, and buyer engagement, with a focus on fashion trade, brand representation, and high-profile events such as Modest Fashion Weeks by Think Fashion.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the CEO with strategic initiatives, including market research, brand presentations, and project planning.
- Act as the CEO’s representative when needed, coordinating daily team operations and external communications.
- Drive new business opportunities in fashion trade and brand representation.
- Manage relationships with buyers, ensuring regular communication, personalized engagement, and effective follow-up to strengthen business opportunities.
- Oversee sponsorships, partnerships, and collaborations for company brands.
- Lead and coordinate Modest Fashion Weeks by Think Fashion project operations.
- Support cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with CEO priorities and company objectives.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in executive assistance, business development, or project management.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of the fashion industry, brand representation, and buyer engagement.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects.
- Strong networking and stakeholder management capabilities.
