L&E Executive Assistant (Remote -Turkey)

L&E is a leading actuarial consulting firm with over 50 actuaries nationwide and a largely remote, high-talent workforce. Since 1968, we've provided expert services across life, health, and property & casualty insurance sectors. We value precision, innovation, and team collaboration-and we're looking for an Executive Assistant to support our consultants and leadership with daily operational efficiency.

You Will

  • Provide high-level administrative support to consultants and leadership.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings across time zones, and prepare agendas or documents.
  • Draft, proofread, and format professional emails, reports, and client deliverables.
  • Track deadlines and follow-ups to ensure smooth project flow.
  • Maintain digital filing systems and manage document distribution or e-signature collection.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and communicate professionally on behalf of team members.

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in administrative or operations roles, particularly supporting senior-level staff, preferred.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English (C1 or higher).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills; able to work independently and manage competing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and comfort with cloud-based tools such as SharePoint or Google Drive.
  • Professional communication skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels of an organization.
  • Availability for at least 10 hours per week during U.S. Central Time (CST) office hours (7:30 AM - 5:00 PM CST, Monday-Thursday; 7:30 AM - 12:00 PM CST on Friday).
  • Experience working with U.S.-based teams or clients, preferred.

Pay, Benefits & Perks

  • 24,000 - 32,000 TRY (net), based on experience and qualifications.
