Position

We are currently looking for an Event Assistant to join our Nestlé Health Science team.

Location: İstanbul

Type of contract: Permanent

Responsibilities
  • Manage the application, feedback, and value transfer processes of scientific meetings and product introduction events, including proper system entries and documentation in line with Ministry of Health (MoH) regulations.
  • Coordinate event and congress logistics with external vendors (e.g., sponsorships, Healthcare Professional (HCP) registrations, accommodation, travel, transfers, etc.).
  • Handle order placement, payment, and invoicing through the SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products) system for all related events and congresses.
  • Manage the approval workflows, payments, and archiving of contracts related to Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), agencies, and other stakeholders involved in events.
  • Oversee tender processes related to events, ensuring compliance with Nestlé procurement policies and proper archiving.
  • Review and archive value transfer forms for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) – including physicians, pharmacists, dietitians, and nurses – and institutions such as associations and hospitals.
  • Controls for the distribution of promotional materials and samples, and the invoicing process.
Profile We're Looking For
  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in a related field)
  • Intermediate to advanced level of English (written and spoken)
  • Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Proficient in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems, SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products), MS Office (Microsoft Office) tools, and Ministry of Health (MoH) digital platforms
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to apply it in practical scenarios
