The Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking an OPUS B2C SME & METSA Lead to drive the ERP implementation for Bill to Cash in the METSA BU. You will align local requirements with global standards and act as the business unit's voice across Sales, Marketing and Finance during the transition.

Fixed-term role with a duration of 2.5–3 years, based in Marmara Region, Ümraniye. You’ll collaborate across IT and Finance to ensure a smooth go-live and ongoing BAU improvements post-implementation.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Technology, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Business or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Bill to Cash or Finance.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similar).
• Experience in ERP transformation or Order to Cash process standardization is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary representative of the Business Unit in all discussions related to Bill to Cash and ensure BU Bill to Cash requirements are reflected in the global ERP implementation.
• Work with IT, Order to Cash and Finance teams to ensure seamless integration of bill to cash processes within the ERP system and assist in data migration, reconciliation and validation.
• Build and maintain a Change Network across all countries in the BU to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and alignment with global standards.
• Participate in testing and validation of the ERP system, ensuring accurate transactions, reporting and reconciliation.
