Job summary

Johnson & Johnson's Biosense Webster is recruiting a Clinical Development Specialist to support Malatya or Erzurum territory. This role provides clinical product and training support to physicians and EP lab staff, helping optimize use of CARTO System and catheter equipment.

You will work across Clinical, Sales and Team functions to expand customer relationships, deliver trainings, and ensure compliance while traveling up to 40% nationally. Bachelor’s degree required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willing to travel up to 40% overnight nationally.
• Must be able to sit for extended periods in a hospital lab and wear protective gear.
• Clinical Support Certificate.
• May be required to lift up to 30 kg.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert clinical product and technical assistance to physicians and EP lab staff on the use of BWI systems and catheter equipment.
• Educate customers on BWI products and provide in-service trainings.
• Maximize customer case support capability through planning and scheduling techniques.
• Stay current on product instructions for use, best practices and literature.
