Job summary

TUI Cruises GmbH in Türkiye seeks energetic activity hosts to engage guests at the TUI BLUE Tropical Resort. You will run daytime and sport activities, ensuring a fun, memorable holiday experience for guests of diverse backgrounds.

Fluent English and German preferred. Seasonal or permanent contracts are available, with accommodation options if you relocate within Türkiye. Meals, uniforms, and access to learning resources are included.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in Türkiye and speak English; German is a plus.
• Sociable with excellent people skills and the confidence to work independently or in a small international team.
• Ability to plan, deliver, and evaluate international activities and events with guest-centered focus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver daytime and sport activities to guests of all ages and nationalities.
• Coordinate and deliver evening programmes and events to highlight weekly attractions.
• Provide high-quality service and guest experience in line with TUI standards.
• Plan and run main events during day and evening to create a memorable atmosphere.

ABOUT THE JOB

• You will deliver a wide range of fun daytime and sport activities, while constantly interacting with our guests of all ages and nationalities.
• You also co-ordinate and deliver the evening programme & events for our main highlights of the week. You put the guest at the heart of everything you do by consistently engaging in guest interaction
• You deliver the highest quality service and guest experience in line with the TUI standards.
• You will help plan and run our main events during the day and evening. Your goal is to create a fun and special atmosphere that guests will always remember.

ABOUT YOU

• You are a sociable individual with excellent people skills and the personality & confidence to work independently and as part of a small international team.
• A careful and detail-focused individual with the ability to plan, deliver, and evaluate international activities and events, always keeping guest needs in mind.
• Additional skills such as singing, dancing, are appreciated but not essential.
• You feel comfortable to communicate and host the Daytime & Evening events well in English – and German.
• Comfortable working in small teams to create unforgettable holiday experience to all our guests.
